    1. Who you are buying from

    These terms apply to everything sold on speedyitaliano.com. The seller is Eleonora Cabras, trading as Speedy Italiano, ABN 89 259 445 309, based in Australia. Payments are processed by Stripe. Eleonora Cabras is the seller for all orders.

    2. What is sold

    Digital products. PDF study materials, including La mia agenda di italiano, delivered as files by email. These are not physical books and nothing is posted to you.

    Lessons. One-to-one and small-group Italian lessons, booked and paid for separately. Lesson terms, including cancellation notice, are agreed when you book.

    3. Prices and payment

    • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are payable in full before the file is sent.
    • Speedy Italiano is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is included in the price. If you are buying from outside Australia, any tax or duty due in your own country is your responsibility.

    4. Delivery

    • Digital products are sent by email after payment is confirmed, normally within 24 hours.
    • If nothing has arrived within 48 hours, please check your spam folder first, then write to info@speedyitaliano.com and the file will be sent again.
    • You need a device that can open a PDF. Nothing else is required.

    5. Refunds and cancellations

    Digital products are delivered as files and cannot be returned. For this reason refunds are not available for change of mind, for buying by mistake, or because the product turned out not to be what you expected. Please read the product description before buying.

    This does not affect the consumer guarantees you have by law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if:

    • the file is faulty or will not open;
    • the file does not match its description;
    • you never receive it.

    If any of these apply, write to info@speedyitaliano.com and it will be fixed, resent or refunded.

    EU and UK consumers: consumers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. This right does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgement that the right is lost. By placing your order and asking for the file to be sent, you give that consent.

    6. Licence and use

    • Your copy is licensed to one named user for personal study. You may print one copy for your own use.
    • You may not share the file, resell it, use it to teach paying students, or distribute it to a class. Teacher, school and group licences are available on request: write to info@speedyitaliano.com.
    • Copyright in all materials remains with Eleonora Cabras and is protected by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

    7. Your rights as a consumer

    Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees.

    8. What is not promised

    The materials are educational resources prepared with care. They are not a substitute for tuition, and no particular learning outcome or level of fluency is guaranteed.

    9. Changes

    These terms may be updated from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you buy.
